The USW Benefit Funds are comprised of the following:

  • The PACE Industry Union-Management Penison Fund - PIUMPF
  • The USW Industry 401(k) Fund - 401k
  • The USW HRA Fund - HRA

All three funds are Taft-Hartley Trust Funds that are governed by a Board of Trustees with both labor and management.  All must be negotiated and must be included in the collective bargaining agreement.

Announcements

The Trustees meet the week of November 24, 2008.  If you have an appeal or a Benefits Committee issue, you must submit it by Friday, October 24, 2008 in order to be included on the November agenda.  You will receive correspondence following the meeting as to the Trustees' decision.
